Fashion Forward or Backward you decide?

Firstly, our new flat mate arrived, she is lovely and seems a lot nicer than WG, she seems to fit into the flat well - at the moment she will be referred to as newbie until I learn her personality more! but yes as the moment everything is looking rosy. She also studies fashion at University which will become useful when trying to take down, CG who seems to think she is the next big thing in the world of Fashion - I have no idea what the terminology is.

Anyway, so Saturday afternoon, we head into town to do some shopping and a few extra bits, I'll but my hands up straight away and say I know nothing about fashion, I try and look nice, but I would rather be comfortable.  However, even I know that Brown and black are not supposed to be worn together, so the Fashion goddess herself comes waltzing out of her room already making us late, wearing a tan suede skirt with black plimsoles, a white print shirt of the NME or something like that then a beige/brown jacket, first of tan does not really suit her complexion, second of all Plimsoles with that kinda of smartish skirt just look trampy and the top I think was supposed to play it down, but didn't overall it looked like she was doing her dirty laundry and they were the only clothes she had left. Like I say I am no fashion person but BF who is seemed to agree.  I mean if she had worn different shoes and a top it might of looked ok, but I guess we shall never know. 

Anyway, so we are walking around the shopping cetre and me and BF have picked a couple things out of shop windows, to be shot down by Fashion Queen herself! this is a regular occurrence, I don't know what planted the idea in her head that she was good at fashion, but I don't think she is that amazing.  She has even started a blog about it where she eludes that she is the reason for Versace for H&M, sorry to break it to you darling but 

that simply isn't true!

Anyway I have further Goss, the BF has finally got herself a blog, so check her out vintagelaceworld.blogspot.com she is epic, and I hope you all fall in love with her as much as I have.

Suppose I better do some work considering I am at University after all
